sheep is useful for food and clothes
horses hide can be used for all kinds of things. hoof can be used for digging tools. there are most useful for plowing. zebras could be used for domesticated as well because are just like horses. but they are much more wild and hard to tamed.
pigs are't very useful. you cannot use them for muscle power, milk, hide, leather, or wool.
you want a large plant eater animal, they are easier to maintain because if they are carnivores,  you have to provide them with meat. herbivorous that a large are most helpful.
